Description
Visit Big Springs. See the awesome amount of water coming out of the mountain. Bring bread and feed the fish, too. Picnic area close by. When you’re ready to go canoeing, launch your canoes half mile downstream (from the Big Springs) at the boat launch area. The float down Henry’s Fork to Macks Inn usually takes about an hour and a half. There is an easy take out on the north side of the river 200 yards before the bridge on the Teton Road. [titled_box title=”Take out point” bgColor=”#002132″ textColor=”#ffffff”]I like this take out because there are few people and it is an easy take out with lots of room. Any closer to the bridge is usually crowded with people and cars.
